Fleet Sales & Servicing

Bike4Health runs a full sales & repair workshop from its base in North Tyneside. We can provide bikes, helmets, equipment and storage solutions to support your cycling activity. We can also protect your investment through regular servicing at our large capacity workshop.

Our workshop was established in 2019 and moved to North Tyneside in Summer 2020. Our bike shop is different because we have an open, encouraging attitude to all of our customers whether you’re a large school, corporate, or an individual just needing a puncture fixed. We are here to serve the community, fixing bikes with a high standard of customer service.

All of our mechanics are minimum Cytech level 2.0 qualified and have extensive experience servicing high end road, gravel and mountain bikes. We routinely service suspension and adapted cycle fleets.

We work with customers to ensure they get the cycles and equipment which will fit their cycling programme.

Through developing cycling prgorammes in colaboration with our customers we can make sure that the cycles and equipment we supply is the correct size, colour and quality so that the end user will always have the equipment they need.

Bike4Health supplys Frog bikes for children. Frog Bikes are award winning childrens bikes comprehensively redesigned with children in mind. The bikes are designed and assembled in the UK (Wales) and are high quality, light weight bikes that hold their value.

Bike4Health also supplies helmets from the internationaly recognised LAZER brand at a range of prices. Choosing quality helmets is important – not only are helmets vital for safety but well designed helmets will last longer, particularly with intensive use from children.

Servicing & Maintenance

Our large capacity workshop was designed with servicing large fleets in mind. We have four full-time mechanics and a workshop manager to coordinate and maintain your bikes and adapted cycles.

We aim for quick turnaround in half term periods for our school partners. This means that there is a minimum of downtime and you can keep your cycling programme running for your pupils.

Bike4Health provides all documentation on a per-bike basis so that you know the history of each bike, and can satisfy insurers that maintenance is being carried out rigorously.

Storage Solutions

Protecting your fleet on-site is easy. Bike4Health can supply and deliver storage solutions which work for your site. Where possible, we recommend using shipping containers because they are a cost effective solution for the level of security they provide. We supply and fit our racking for containers to make storing your fleet easy. Where containers wont fit on site, we have a range of secure and durable heavy duty metal storage sheds.
