Thanks for reading this blog – as a valued Bike4Health Customer, we thought you’d like to be updated about changes to our workshop and how this might affect getting your bike serviced in early June.

Since we opened our North Tyneside workshop in October 2020 it was always our intention to add a second mezzanine floor. We’ll be using the floor to showcase our great Ridley and Frog bikes alongside the other products we support at Bike4Health. The new floor will also host some much needed office space where we can execute all the behind the scenes work that goes into our School, NHS and local authority cycling work!

In order to install our new second floor we’ll be fully closed to the public between the 8th-11th of June. We’ll be taking our last workshop bookings on Thursday 3rd June and you’ll be able to book your bike in for service from Monday the 14th June

Thanks for your understanding at this time. We’ll do our best to make sure there are no workshop delays and we appreciate your cooperation. Please let any friends who use our services know about our temporary closure if you can, we would appreciate it.

We’ll not be able to take phone calls so you can leave messages for us at 0191 2509367 or email us at workshop@bike4health.org and we’ll do our best to get back to you as soon as possible.
