For the Public Sector, we deliver rides and events, health and rehab as well as servicing and repairs.
We work with the NHS, Charities and Council Projects to help alignment with CSR policy, increase staff morale and improve employees and stakeholders physical and mental wellbeing.
Health & Rehab
Bike4Health can offer health & rehabilitation service to the public sector. Cycling has a wide range of physical and mental health benefits from fighting obesity to changing negative thought patterns.
Bike4Health can offer services including 1:1 rehabilitation sessions with head injury patients to group activity sessions for mental health inpatients, community organisations and local authorities.
Bikeability
Bike4Health is a registered Bikeability provider. Bike4Health can provide bikeability to schools & businesses within your local authority area.
Staff Training
We can train your staff so they have the skills to deliver the cycling activity that you want to achieve. We can offer training packages covering introductory through to advanced mechanics, bikeability instructor training and in collaboration with British Cycling, arrange courses on the ride leader and coaching cycling pathways.
Dr. Bike Services
Dr. Bike+ Sessions are pop-up sessions which help cycle commuters within your organisation. Cycle commuters leave their bikes with us – during the course of the day, each bike will have a full 30 point ‘MOT’ check and minor setup adjustments. When they come to collect their bikes, participants can take advice on setup, route planning and all things cycling. For bikes which require further servicing, we can arrange free collection & return from your workplace at a later date.
Active Travel Support
Bike4Health is here to support businesses get cycling. We can support your organisation and your employees make the switch to active travel for coming to the office and going to meetings, events and more.
Community Cycling Projects
We’re here to help facilitate community cycling projects, work with community organisations to get young people cycling or support charity rides. Speak to us today if you want to get cycling in your community.
Fleet Sales, Service & Maintenance
We supply high quality award winning Frog Bikes to our school and local authority partners. We offer a complete service – bikes are meticulously hand built and delivered with documentation to satisfy insurers. Our large capacity workshop in Benton has been designed for fleet servicing, so we can get your bikes back to you as quickly as possible. We can also provide storage and security solutions for your cycling programme.
