We work on everything from routine fixes to complex suspension servicing, ebikes, & adapted cycles. We also offer collection & return, bike fitting, setup and adjustment advice, as well as custom wheel and bike builds.

Our mechanics are industry qualified with minimum Cytech 3.0 and have extensive knowledge of the major industry suppliers of bikes and parts including Shimano, SRAM and Campagnolo components, Bosch, Shimano STEPS, Fazua, MAHLE & TQ EBike Systems. We are an Authorized Servicepartner for CANYON bikes. Our large capacity workshop aims to pair quality servicing with great customer service.

The #b4hworkshop is a retail dealer for industry leading brands including SCOTT, Ridley, Frog and Bergamont Bikes.

We offer a comprehensive bike fit service with our IBFI trained accredited bike fitter, Chris Bush. The Fit process ensures you are sitting in a comfortable, efficient position on your bike.

Our Service Process

Follow this walkthrough to understand our servicing process

1. Book your service

Book your service online at bike4health.org, via the Hubtiger App, over the phone or email.

2. Initial Assessment

When you arrive at the workshop one of our mechanics will make an inital assessment with you, and discuss any problems. If you book collection & return we will conduct an assessment as soon as possible after your bike arrives.

3. Quote Preparation

We will make a full inspection and prepare a detailed quote for the work required on your bike or cycle during your scheduled service slot. This quote will be sent to you via SMS and we wont carry out any work until we have recieved your approval.

4. Servicing & Testing

Once we have your approval we will carry out the required maintenance. If we uncover any further problems with your bike, we’ll let you know. Where possible we test ride all bikes to make sure they will perform during use.

5. Payment & Completion

When your bike has completed testing and we are happy with the results, we will notify you of completion. You can pay online via SMS link or the Hubtiger app, by card in the workshop, or over the phone. Please note we do not accept cash payments.

6. Follow Up

We stand by our work and are happy to correct any minor adjustments following servicing that may crop up due to cable stretch or similar. Please don’t hesitate to contact us. You will also recieve an email reminder from Hubtiger after 6mths reminding you to check your bike.

We cannot guarantee your service will be completed in your booked slot – please bring the bike ahead of your booking so it can be assessed beforehand.

eBike Servicing Policy
Please ensure when you bring your eBike to us for service;
– It has 80%+ charge
– Bring your battery keys with you, so we can remove the battery for safe storage while your bike is with us.
– B4H will not work on homemade, none brand or none UK regulated eBikes
– B4H will not work on modified, chipped or de-restricted eBikes
-B4H is a service partner for Bosch, Fazua and Shimano STEPS ebikes. If you have another brand that requires servicing, please call us.
